bejdb Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to the bejdb platform and all related services. These terms are effective for users located in Bangladesh.

• These terms and conditions are written in English and follow the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• bejdb operates as a secure and reliable online betting and casino platform.
• Our services are intended for personal and entertainment use only.
• Using our platform for commercial or resale purposes is strictly prohibited.
• These terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Eligibility and Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use bejdb services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Our platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 years of age under applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• Each person may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be permanently closed.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be complete, accurate, and current.
• For identity verification, we may request a National ID (NID), passport, or other valid documents.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until identity verification is complete.
• Any attempt to create an account from a restricted region or country will be rejected.

3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the security of your account.

• Never share your password or login details with anyone.
• You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• If suspicious activity is detected, bejdb may temporarily suspend the account in the interest of security.
• Using a strong password and changing it regularly is recommended.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to financial transactions on our platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit (anti-money laundering policy).
• bejdb reserves the right to temporarily hold unusual or suspicious transactions for investigation.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bejdb offers various types of bonuses and promotions. These offers are subject to the following terms:

• Welcome bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Wagering requirement is 10x.
• A specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• If any fraud or misuse related to bonuses is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• Each bonus has its own expiry period. Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once they expire.
• bejdb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• VIP Program benefits (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers) are subject to separate VIP terms and conditions.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed for betting and gaming activities on our platform:

• Bets can only be placed when there is sufficient balance in the account.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bejdb reserves the right to cancel or correct that bet.
• Match fixing or use of insider information in sports betting is strictly prohibited.
• Game results are determined by third-party software providers and bejdb does not alter those results.
• If a technical disruption occurs in any game, bejdb will make a decision in accordance with its policy.
• Maximum bet limits are set separately for each game and market.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bejdb platform:

• Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Collaborating with other users or transferring balances from one account to another.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors.
• Creating or operating an account using someone else's identity.
• Participating in or assisting with match fixing to influence the betting system.
• Spreading false or misleading information about bejdb or its staff.

8 Responsible Gaming

bejdb gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment, not addiction.

• You can set deposit, bet, and loss limits on your account.
• A self-exclusion option is available.
• If you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, contact our support immediately.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

bejdb may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If these terms and conditions are violated.
• If fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected.
• If it is proven that an account was created using a false identity or false information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a long period of time.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or voluntary closure).

12 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please follow the steps below:

13 Changes to Terms

• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account and withdraw your valid balance.
